A stolen car crash involving four juveniles resulted in the death of a woman after the vehicle collided with several cars on Friday afternoon, Howard County police said.
One of the owners of one of the cars involved, Jeffrey Steele, shared dashcam video with FOX45 news that captured the entire thing.
