Last year when members of the Karnataka State Contractors Association alleged that they were being forced to pay 40% of government projects as bribe to ministers, legislators and government officials, CM Bommai had demanded proof. A contractor has now released an audio clip of a purported conversation between him and an MLA where bribes are being discussed.
The working president of the Karnataka State Contractors Association R Manjunath tells TNM's Pooja Prasanna that he has evidence against 13 MLAs and 4 ministers.
