I'm hiking the Appalachian trail in 2026! I'll be recording the physical effects this thru hike has on my body to share with you all. I hope this helps people to understand how rigorous a thru-hike is, and also encourages people to get out and hike.
I have a connective tissue disorder that will make things a little bit more difficult while hiking, and also want to document this adventure to encourage others who think they can't do big hard things, to not give up on these goals.
