The dizziness, the disorientation, the sense that everything feels louder or more symbolic than usual, these are signs that awareness has moved ahead of embodiment. The mind may try to hold control, while another, wiser part of you knows it is time to soften and let go. Come back to me now. Ground yourselves in the body.
