Finally a video of Rory demonstrating with me! Usually I'm the one behind the camera.
What's going on here is he's teaching head and neck manipulation, this is a principle not a technique. As he says part way through the clip you're not going to stand there and do this to an attacker for as long as he let me do it to him (and he did it to me before my friend started shooting). You're going to use this to set up for something else like when he basically threw me. I'm small so that wasn't too hard for him, if you're small doing this to a bigger person then you're setting him up for something else that will actually finish him. Where the head and neck go, the body will follow. This is a principle that can be used with other principles.
