[Instructor] Doorway stretch, begin by standing in a doorway.
Place your arms on the door jam with elbows and shoulder bent at a 90 degree angle.
Place one foot forward through the doorway as shown, next, bend the front knee until a stretch is felt along the front of your chest and shoulder.
Hold the stretch for 10 seconds and breathe.
One, two, three, four, five six, seven, eight, nine, ten.
Slowly return to start position.
Your upper arms should be horizontal to the ground and forearm should lie
along the door frame.
Keep in mind your legs should control how much you stretch bending or straightening
your knee through the doorway.
Do three sets twice a day for five days a week.
