Описание: I hope this video ends up helping anyone with a fearful avoidant attachment style, or anyone in a relationship with someone like that. I realized that so many videos on YouTube are just told from the perspective of someone who has healed their insecure attachment, not someone in the process of doing that, suffering through it. In this video I discuss the reality of being a fearful avoidant in my first relationship in 3 years, being triggered left and right and my train of thought through all of these situations. I didn’t edit the video so you can understand fully my train of thought. I’m not triggered while making the video, I am looking back and thinking about an argument which happened the night before, and I mention Valentine’s Day because this was filmed February 2nd.
