• Easy treadmill jog or incline walk
• Goal: get warm, not smoked

🔁 CIRCUIT 1 – 3 ROUNDS
• Dumbbell RDLs — 10–15 reps
• Glute Slide Press — 12–15/side
• Plank Knee Tucks — 12–20 reps
Rest 30–45 sec between rounds

🔁 CIRCUIT 2 – 2–3 ROUNDS
• Bulgarian Split Squats (slight forward hinge) — 8–12/side
• Hanging Knee Raises — 10–15
• Weighted Jackknifes — 10–15
Rest 45–60 sec between rounds

🔁 CIRCUIT 3 – 2 ROUNDS
• Slider Hamstring Curls — 10–15
• Cable Kickbacks — 12–20/side
• Side Plank w/ Hip Dip — 20–30 sec/side

🔥 FINISHER
• Lateral Band Abductions — 45 sec/side
