The 18 Months* Associate of Science in MRI Program is designed to prepare students to perform clinical MRI examinations of the human body, considering image production, quality control, signal-to-noise ratio, and basic pulse sequences. The following areas of study are included in the course: sectional anatomy, medical terminology, patient care, MRI protocols and procedures, physics, MRI pathology in diagnostic imaging, MRI safety, registry review.
