1.5 Cup (Short or Medium Grain) Rice
1 Avocado
1 Lime
Roasted Seaweed
1 Tbsp Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tsp Sugar
2 Tbsp Mirin
2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/8 Tsp Salt
Sesame Seeds
Black Sesame Seeds

Preparations:
1- Dice the imitation crab.
2- Wash the rinse the rice.
3- Slice the avocado and add lime or lemon juice to prevent from browning.
