Thought I might as well include this little gem here. Not really much to say except SHIT! ROCK! SHIT! ROCK! EUAH!

The Beautiful Glitchiness of a Chase Scene:
This applies to EVERY chase scene in 3D Sonic history (except for the triceratops trio in Secret Rings, but really, who cares about them?). Ever notice how, no matter how fast you're going (even to the point of glitching the game's speed cap, at times), that truck / whale / boulder / wheel / tornadocarryingacar / Interceptor will always be RIGHT behind you? Then, if you get hit, the chaser might "bounce back" a bit and the crawl forward snail-style for a while? That's all the result of a programmed tether on the chase object, so that it will ALWAYS stay right behind you, no matter your skill / luck as a player (the one good thing about automation). The wheel in Ocean Palace, however, is a bit more sloppily controlled, and thanks to lively level design, can be exploited for maximum efficiency.
So, as Knuckles, this thing's LOWEST speed will barely be below your top speed, so it's rather troublesome and difficult to survive (like, harder than my run of Mystic Mansion kind of difficult). You'll notice I get hit right away here. There's a nastily high probability that you'll get hit just after launching off the dash pad, and end up plummeting to your death because of it (CURSE YOU KNOCKBACK!). If you can survive the jump, though, you'll be rewarded with the little tunnel section, where the wheel rolls above you for a bit. DO WHATEVER YOU CAN TO STOP HERE. I prefer a Punch, but jumping into a Triangle Dive or Fire Dunk can work just as well. Once you do, the rock will roll past you, think you're at its farthest programmed tether distance, and instantly jump to max speed, clipping out of existence a few seconds later.
It's clear-sailing from this point, AND you get to hear that third bit of dialogue that usually gets cut out due to bad sound direction. I doubt this is anything special, but I do enjoy it nonetheless.
