WINDOWS NEVER RELEASED 13

This is the 13th part of the Windows Never Released Editions!
There are some new features over here:
The sound effect is back
Animation in the startup screens
New playful design
Logo toolbox and information toolbox separated

Windows Never Released is a bunch of "self-made" windows operating systems but never released. (These are all not made by Microsoft but made by me or viewers that left a comment underneath the video. You can choose the name, startup sound, background. It is just for fun!

For clarity, these versions are NEVER RELEASED. Which means they are fake! So that's why they are fake.

Windows Never Released 12 will be there on July 25!
So leave your request in the comments.
Mention the:
Name
Release date (Realistic Date please)
End of Support date
Startup/ shutdown
You can also add what kind of animation you want.
Please, think about copyright. I can not use copyrighted music. And If i use that kind of music I speed it up!
(Eventually the background and logo, but mostly I made them self)
