I use this method to propagate a nearly endless supply of vigorous liquid culture.
*****I'm always forgetting something in my videos - Culture can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 year! Once inoculated, wait until the culture turns to a nice clear colour, draw into syringes and refrigerate ****
