It’s the accumulation of conversations, responsibilities, decisions, and emotions that never fully had a place to land.

If you’ve been holding everything together…
if you’ve been strong longer than you meant to be…
if your body feels tired even when nothing urgent is happening…

this prayer is for you.

In this morning prayer, we gently move from carrying → resting.
From vigilance → trust.
From holding everything together → being held by God.

Together, we reflect on:

• Psalm 55 — “Cast your burden on the Lord”
• Matthew 11 — “Come to Me… and I will give you rest”
• Psalm 127 — The invitation to release constant striving
• Matthew 6 — Letting today be enough

This is not a prayer about escaping responsibility.
It’s a prayer about placing the weight back into God’s hands.

If you’ve been replaying conversations…
holding tension in your shoulders…
carrying emotional residue from the week…

this is your space to set it down.

Take this time to breathe.
To release.
To rest without collapsing.
