The Wooden Dutch Leeboard Sailboat, "SCAGAN" sailing out of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada. Owned by Ruth and Jost Roggeveen, this classic Dutch sailboat is almost 100 years old. The Roggeveen family sailboat for close to a century, it was sunk on purpose during WW2 to keep it safe until the war was over. She was hipped over from Holland to Montreal in the 60's and sailed to Charlottetown then completely restored in the 90's by Terry Drake. Scagon is now a Charlottetown Icon. Photos brought to life with Canopus Imaginage and further edited with Pinnacle Studio 9. It's real! Prince Edward Island.
