✝︎... NEVILLE GODDARD SATS FREQUENCY Theta - Delta - Theta - Alpha Binaural Beats

This frequency is inspired by Neville Goddard’s SATS technique. Subconscious Programming - Lucid Dreaming.
The state akin to sleep is the point between the waking and sleep state. In this state the subconscious mind is wide open for you to plant your seeds, and manifest your desired reality.
This frequency is designed to put you into a meditative state so you can visualise and feel your hearts desires to be true. The frequency will bring you into the state akin to sleep, allowing you to visualise your perfection, followed by slowly dropping you into a deep sleep where your imaginal acts will be planted in the subconscious, then back to an aware state so you can carry on your day feeling energised.
As Neville says the feeling is the secret- feel yourself to be that which you desire now. Use this frequency to solidify the new concepts of yourself in your mind.
Make this practice a daily routine. Commit to the full hour, the track is designed as an hour meditation to bring you effortlessly into the state akin to sleep. Make this into a habit and watch your life be transformed.
