Download new version

Delete/move old stuff

Open a command line, and run the following pip commands:

(If you have obstacle-tower installed, otherwise skip)
pip uninstall obstacle-tower-env

pip3 install mlagents mlagents_envs

cd ml-agents-envs
pip3 install -e ./
cd ..
cd ml-agents
pip3 install -e ./

(Note: My computer considers pip and pip3 to be the same thing. if yours does not, adjust the above commands accordingly!)

Remove ENABLE_TENSORFLOW from settings

Re-run training
