Stantec won a competition to design a staff housing project for Sabic and choose Macina as a visualization partner to produce a 5 min video animation for their project.
The designed housing community will offer two interdependent but distinct clusters that respect the fundamentalist beliefs of Saudi employees while offering expats the comforts of home. Each is linked by a green network featuring parks, playgrounds, and multi-use trails. Both communities will be supported by a vibrant civic and commercial center.
