Canning Fresh Blackberries for the Year

Описание: Fresh blackberries are finally ripe and ready to pick here in Kentucky! I spent all morning picking and ended up getting about 2 gallons. I decided to can them whole in an extra light syrup so we can use them to make blackberry cobbler (our favorite) throughout this year and winter. We ended up getting 18 pints of blackberries. Each pint is 2 cups of blackberries which will make one cobbler.
