The 2024/2025 Master of Public Health Cohort of the Department of Community Health and Psychiatry, University of the West Indies is hosting a World Diabetes Day Health Fair on Thursday, November 14, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Undercroft, Faculty of Medical Sciences, UWI. The theme for this year’s event is “Empowering Global Health: Stepping Beyond Diabetes”, as the faculty aims to raise awareness about diabetes, promote healthy lifestyles, and encourage early detection and prevention.
