Sa isang bahagi ng pagdinig ng House justice committee nitong Miyerkoles (Marso 18) para sa 'sufficiency in grounds' ng mga reklamong impeachment laban kay Vice President Sara Duterte, dalawang beses na kinwestiyon ni SAGIP Party-list Rep. Paolo Marcoleta ang hakbang ng komite dahil aniya, "ngayon niya lamang narinig" ang prosesong ito.
Sinagot ni committee chairperson at Batangas Rep. Jinky Luistro ang pag-kwestiyong ito ng mambabatas. Paliwanag niya, naka-base sa rules on impeachment ng House of Representatives ang pagtukoy ng 'sufficiency in grounds.'
