Описание: I've lived in Florida for 12 years. I've worked in real estate here for 11 of those years. So today I bring you, the 10 cheapest oceanfront rentals in Florida, the east coast edition.

Why is this the east coast edition? Because, if this video does well, I WILL make follow ups that are similar such as . The 10 cheapest oceanfront rentals on the west coast, where are the cheapest places to buy oceanfront units, or if you guys are interested, other types of real estate as well.

I know there is a huge demand for these videos, and I am happy to be the one, using my 11 years of real estate experience to bring you REAL information about moving to florida and living in Florida.

I've checked the competition, and they are just not doing a great job. So I promise you that I will do the best I can to seek out the best info possible for you, to help you make your decisions about moving to Florida.

The criteria I used for the units in the video are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms minimum, $2500/mo or less and must be OCEANFRONT. Meaning the building is directly on the beach, or across the street from the beach, with no other buildings in front of them.

I also excluded a few listings I found (because they looked terrible) and kept it only to units that look really nice for the money, that you could actually rent right now. The links to all of the listings are just below.
