1st Cavalry Division Color Guard, read the description

Here's the unofficial explanation of the "dance". "The style of marching is historic to the US Army cavalry and imitates the cadence and stride of their horses. The 1st Cavalry Division color guard has been doing this at ceremonial events for many years. It’s tradition."

That makes sense. It does have a horse-like sound. It just looks extremely odd and completely out of regs. Tradition beats regs.

❌Again, DoD Instruction 5410.19 Vol 4 states a foreign national flag is carried ONLY if a member of that government attends, takes part in the ceremony, and rates honors. Whatever this ceremony is does not fit that description.
