🏗️ 120 hotel rooms, 100 condos, 30,000 sq. ft. of retail & a new event center
🚙 Underground parking—but fewer spots for skiers
🎿 Paid parking is coming (but we don’t know how much yet)
🚦 New roads, transit center & a gondola to East Village
⏳ Construction starts this May & lasts 5 years

Short-term? Less parking, no summer concerts, and a lot of construction headaches. Long-term? A major upgrade for the resort, but it could change who actually skis here.

If you’re a skier, homeowner, or investor, this is something to keep an eye on. The real estate market in Park City is shifting, and if you’re looking for a spot before this all happens, now’s the time.
