☘️500g tomato chopped
☘️1 tsp cumin seeds
☘️1 cinnamon stick
☘️1 black cardamom
☘️2 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
☘️1/2 cup yogurt
☘️1 tsp red chili flakes
☘️1 tsp tandoori chicken masala
☘️1 tsp red chili powder
☘️1 tsp coriander powder
☘️1/2 tsp ajwain
☘️1 tsp cumin powder
☘️1 tsp black pepper crushed
☘️2 tsp salt or to taste
☘️1/4 tsp red food color ( optional )
☘️1 tbsp pure ghee
☘️1/2 tsp Garam Masala powder

🌻For garnishing
☘️Fresh ginger julienne
☘️Fresh green chili
