In one of the most dramatic PSL finals ever, Lahore Qalandars pulled off a record-breaking chase to defeat Quetta Gladiators and clinch the title.
Chasing a massive target, the Qalandars needed 47 runs off the final three overs - the highest-ever successful chase in a PSL final and in any T20 final globally.
Kusal Perera set the foundation with a blistering knock, but it was Sikandar Raza who delivered the knockout punch. Remarkably, Raza had only just landed in Pakistan ten minutes before the toss, yet held his nerve to hit the winning runs in the final moments of the match.
The win sparked wild celebrations as teammates swarmed Perera and Raza under the midnight sky of Lahore, sealing a historic victory in electrifying fashion.
