Today's question is, Sergio, I decided to move forward with my divorce, or some other, similar
type of legal action.
How do I go about hiring a law firm to help me throught this process.
Well that's a good question.
Basically, you should keep in mind that every lawyer and every law firm, has their own different rules and procedures for a client to go about hiring them.
I can tell you a little bit about how our law firm works.
Basically, it starts with a simple phone call with one of our intake specialist.
That intake specialist will go over the basic information about your case.
To make sure that you are a good fit for our law firm. If it turns out that your legal matter is better handled by another attorney who specializes in what you need.
We'll refer you to that attorney.
We call them strategic alliances.
Because they are affiliated with our law firm and they are basically other attorneys who specialize in different niches of the practice of law who can better fit your needs.
If it turns out that your case is a good fit for our firm.
The next step would be to arrange a consultation with either myself or another one of our team members which is private, confidential, and protected by law.
Now this consultation is really important for us.
We want to sit down with you and really get to know you, get to know your circumstances,
and get all the facts of your case.
We want to understand all your hopes and dreams for your new future.
The next step is for us to work together to develop the best legal strategy for you to achieve that new future.
