No cardio, just strength!
Suitable for home or gym.
Train your back, biceps, triceps, shoulders, and chest with me.
All exercises in this workout are inspired by movements you would normally do in the free weights area at the gym.
They are combined into effective supersets with short (but sufficient) breaks to help you get the best results in minimal time.
No unnecessary talking in between — this is basically what you’d do in about 30 minutes at the gym.
Target muscle groups:
• Back – better posture, more strength for lifting, and less back pain
• Chest – strength to push yourself back up when life knocks you down
• Biceps – for stronger, more defined arms
• Shoulders & triceps – firmer, more toned arms
I used a 4 kg dumbbell in this workout.
Feel free to use a lighter weight if needed — it definitely gets challenging over time.
Home-made weight option:
Take a large empty bottle
Fill it with something dense and heavy, like rice
Make sure to close it tightly
The video is filmed in full length, so you can simply follow along.
Depending on your fitness level, height, and weight, you can burn around 70–120 kcal.
