Описание: What better way to prepare for Lent and Easter than to listen to conferences from a monk about prayer? In fact, a Benedictine monk is uniquely qualified to teach this valuable skill, since he spends so many hours a day in prayer.

In early October 2013, Fr. Cassian traveled to St. Benedict's Abbey in Still River, MA to give ten conferences to their monastic community. A common thread through his talks is "praying without ceasing", but we can all learn much from his great wisdom and experience.
