Anne McClain is an American hero, a combat helicopter pilot and now a NASA astronaut. She has dedicated her life to service, science, and exploration, as she shares in the video we produced below.
On Monday, she's scheduled to take off for the International Space Station from Russia. Wouldn't it be nice if those kind of collaborations defined our relationship with that country, and indeed and the rest of the world?
McClain was a Marshall Scholar, a wonderful program instituted by the British government in thanks of the Marshall Plan after World War II. And this video was made with the support of the Association of Marshall Scholars with the hope of highlighting the importance of knowledge and scholarship.
