Please help, I'm grateful for any advice!
2003 volvo s60 FWD Base model 138k miles
Feels and sounds like it is coming from the new, passenger front control arm bushing from germanpartssavers

New parts:
control arms w/ bushing, passenger side axel, stabilizer links (removed. when installed the sound was much worse), struts and mounts, brake pads and rotors
does not make any noise when in the air.
does not seem to make any noise when over 30mph (could just be difficult to hear it)
Makes noise while going strait, mostly when starting and stopping
strut mounts are all still springy
no problems with handling or performance
when the knock is bad I can feel it in the floor boards by the pedals.
no movement in wheel when I shake it.
ball joints and rod ends all look good and seem tight.
