Wooden Floor Finishing using Bona Intense Primer & Bona Traffic HD finish as Top coat. Bona Provides 100% High Quality Finishing With an ultimate ease, speed and durability. Bona is having Greengaurd certification which helps in very low indoor emission and it is environment friendly.
Process :
Before polishing make sure the floor is properly sanded and cleaned
Primer Application
Step 1. Shake the Primer (Bona Intense) well before use.
Step 2. Apply to the sides/edges using hand brush
Step 3. Apply Primer on floor using polishing roller. leave the floor for drying (6-8 hours)
Top coat application
Step 4. After drying, buffing the floor using 220 or more grit
Step 5. Mix bona traffic with hardener (Top coat)
Step 6. Apply top coat (Bona traffic) to the sides/edges using hand brush
Step 7. Apply top coat (Bona traffic) on floor using a good quality polishing roller
Step 8. After 6-8 hours of drying time repeat the step 4 to Step7 for the 2nd coat of Bona traffic
