Ever since childhood, Andy Bluhm has had a passion for science. In college, he specialized in microbiology, receiving both his bachelor's and master's degrees in the field. After briefly working in a brewery, Bluhm returned to the lab. He currently works in the SEER Lab at the University of Florida Emerging Pathogens Institute, tracking how deer die from certain diseases.
