In this video, we are building a DIY temperature controller to control the temp of your wine must during fermentation or cold soak. This system can be used to cool the must, heat the must, or maintain a steady temperature of the must. The key components of the system are a stainless steel wort chiller, a pump, a cooler, and a temperature controller. The wort chiller fits into a five or six gallon bucket for smaller batches of wine.
