It has been over a decade since I've had ice cream cake and I was craving it, so I made it!
Recipe:
8-10inch spring-form pan
2 pints ice cream (2 flavours of your choice), softened
2 cups crushed cookies
Fudge Sauce
Spread 1 pint of ice cream evenly in spring-form pan. Chill in freezer until firm.
While this is chilling, make the fudge sauce.
Evenly spread crushed cookies on top of ice cream, pressing firmly. Evenly spread fudge sauce. Chill in freezer until firm.
Evenly spread 2nd pint of ice cream and set in freezer until firm.
