In this episode of Tasty Tour, the chef Juan Llaberia from L’Original in Cambrils is cooking an original dish Sea Bass Tartare with Scampi, addressed with homemade Romesco Sauce, Cirspy Sea bass skin and fennel cream. This dish has quite a subtle flavor, creamy texture with mild spicy impact coming from the romesco sauce and the garnish, a great choice for a starter. The whole cooking process only take one pinch of salt, very healthy.
Cambrils is a coastal town in the comarca of Baix Camp, province of Tarragona, Catalonia, Spain. The town is near the tourist town Salou and is frequently visited by those travelling by air using Reus Airport.
