I'm voice-prompting AI to build a phone number utility:
Limit input to 10 digits (US numbers)
Store raw, display formatted: (123) 456-7890
Reusable util at src/utils/phone/formatPhoneNumber
Use it in the modal and the table

I linked the files, explained what I need, and AI handles the rest.
