Kneel to Stand
In this video version of Dooley Noted, I discuss the kneel to stand position for getting off the floor.
Many people struggle and don't go onto the floor because they can't get up off of it!
From the time you are a small child until your later years, one should always be able to get off and on the floor in a stable, mobile, and strong position.
This can prevent falls and other injuries.
Check your level of floor fitness by trying the kneel to stand position.
