How to Make Puerto Rican Helado de Coco [COCONUT ICE CREAM

Описание: Nothing it's more refreshing than a Puerto Rican style Homemade Helado.  This time we are bringing to you the COCONUT Ice Cream or "Helado de Coco" as know here in Puerto Rico.  It's delicious and so light you will want to eat the whole thing at once.  It's the best.

We are obsessed with our Passion Fruit Sorbet (link down below) and Coconut Ice Cream together.  

Recipe:
1 can - Cream of Coconut
1 can - Coconut Milk
1 cup - Whole Milk
2 cups - Ice
4 tbsp - Sugar
A pinch of Salt

If you have a bigger blender, go ahead and use it because it was a pain to do it all in our little NutriBullet. LOL.

You might be wondering why adding sugar. Well, sugar is a key ingredient when making ice cream.  It divides the water molecules resulting in better crystallizations.  This way the texture is more refine and silky.
