The soft fruits and cottage cheese really balance all of the flavors. The number of pancakes per portion will vary depending on the final size of each pancake. The total recipe runs around 1,005 calories. Just divide by the number of portions to get the final calorie count for your plate.
PREP TIME: a few minutes
COOK TIME: 10 minutes for the fruits
