Leighton was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in May of 2021. She is 7 years old, soon to be 8. I thought it would be fun to let her do some videos of her diabetes management to share with others.
This video is just a pump change of her tubeless Omnipod insulin pump. This has to be changed every three days. If people find it useful, I may do more videos and explain in more depth. I know when Leighton was first diagnosed, it was helpful to watch videos of others close to her age.
