In this video I share with you on how I prepare dry Kapeta mixed with pounded Groundnuts. Hope you will enjoy the video.
What you need.
Pounded Groundnuts
salt
spices
tomatoes
onions
green paper.
Method
put water in a pot and add some tomatoes, onions, then put salt, Groundnuts, let it summer for about one minute. Then after that mix it, if there's it enough water you can add some, you can add any herb you want, let it summer again for about 2 minutes and once the Groundnuts are ready then your kapeta is also ready.
