Accused killer Karen Read now awaits a ruling from Massachusetts' highest appellate court after her attorneys argued to dismiss the murder charge in the death of Boston Police Officer John O'Keefe. Read is accused of hitting her boyfriend with her car, leaving him to die in the snow. Her first trial ended in a mistrial but her defense believes the jury found her not guilty and took their arguments to the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.
