Warm wood and leather balance cool concrete, while smart design ensures spaciousness. With two void spaces for passive cooling, lush landscaping, curated antique furniture, and a rainwater harvesting system, Mokozoyo stands as a distinctive and sustainable tribute to Penang's architectural legacy.
