“Going Down” is the second solo single from South African artist Adam Boyd, former lead vocalist of Wake to Wonder.
The official music video was filmed at Media Hive Studio in Cape Town and produced in collaboration with Marlon and Keaton du Plooy of MDP Films.
Inspired by dark, surreal aesthetics similar to Little Nightmares, the video follows a red-hooded character named Void navigating a barren forest landscape. The entire production was shot on green screen, with all environments and visual elements composited in post-production.
“Going Down” explores themes of uncertainty, internal struggle, and questioning faith and ambition.
