A seven-minute speed-through of a suggested cycle route from the Hub at New Lubbesthorpe to Jubilee Square in the centre of Leicester.
The route follows shared-use paths and zones, on and off-road cycle lanes, and quieter roads.
The total distance is approximately 5.5 miles and should take between 20 - 28 minutes to complete depending on cycling speed.
The total ascent is 72m and descent is 111m; an overall downhill drop of 39m.
