In this video, you'll see loads of crappies suspended far under these floating structures on MEGA Live 2 forward facing sonar, but occasionally, bass will be mixed in with these schools. The flutter spoon allows anglers to pitch the bait to the entrance or outside of the dock and not only descend, but also flutter horizontally towards the bass, allowing anglers to reach fish they wouldn't usually be able to. Not only is this very effective, but it's also extremely fun to watch in live action on MEGA Live 2.
