Here I’m giving you three moves to work the front, side and back of the hip to give a well rounded approach to strengthening the hip. Having strong hips supports the spine and low back, and helps protect the lower body, knees and ankles.
This workout can be done as a circuit maybe for 3 rounds starting with reps of 10 and can be built on from there.
Bring those glutes some love and begin to build yourself a resilience
