I took the Sportyak/BIC 245 boat up to Fort Flagler to do some clamming and crabbing up there. It's my first time at this location so I'll be providing an overview of the park in this video. I'll show how the BIC performed out in the moderate condition of the Puget Sound up at this state park. A very stable platform also for dropping crab pots off as well as pulling up rings. This location is a fantastic spot for clamming and the Sportyak had no problem carrying gears to get to the clamming spot. Stay tuned for part 2 where I'll show how the Sportyak perform when pulling up crab pots.
