Hear from researchers at UC Davis, vineyard managers and contract graziers about the benefits - both economic and ecological - of using sheep in vineyards. We will go over findings from a multi-year study conducted by Tommy Fenster highlighting the soil health benefits of sheep integration. Vineyard managers will share lessons learned and tips on how to get started, and graziers will walk us through the process of setting up a grazing contract and ensuring a high success rate.
